1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the DoTask website, tools, applications, or services available at dotask.me (collectively, the "Service"), provided by Nebr LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue use of the Service immediately. For details regarding data collection and privacy rights, please review our Privacy Policy.

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. Users under 18 years of age must have the supervision and consent of a parent or legal guardian to access web tools and features.

2. Accounts & Responsibilities

Some features, cloud history, or high-capacity tool usage on DoTask may require creating an account. When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate, up-to-date registration information and maintain the security of your login credentials. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

Utility & Calculation Disclaimer: Financial tools, calculators, strategy generators, and processing utilities available on DoTask are provided for general informational and productivity purposes only. They do not constitute official financial, legal, tax, or investment advice. Always verify critical data and calculations independently before taking financial or professional action.

3. Plans & Usage Limits

Billing & Automatic Renewal

Paid subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle unless turned off prior to the renewal date. Billing and payment processing are securely managed via certified payment processors (such as Stripe) or respective web billing gateways.

Refunds

Refund requests for direct web purchases are evaluated on a case-by-case basis by contacting our support team within 14 days of purchase. Except where required by law, payments for partial billing periods are non-refundable.

Cancellation

You may cancel your recurring subscription at any time by navigating to your Account Settings > Billing page on dotask.me. Upon cancellation, your account will remain active until the end of the paid billing period.

4. Acceptable Use

When accessing or using the tools on DoTask, you agree that you will not engage in any of the following restricted activities:

• Upload or process files containing malware, viruses, trojans, or malicious code.
• Use automated scripts, bots, scrapers, or excessive programmatic requests that overload or disrupt service infrastructure.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying source code of web utilities and calculators.
• Upload, convert, or distribute illegal, infringing, defamatory, or harmful content via our conversion tools.
• Bypass API rate limits, authentication controls, or security mechanisms established on dotask.me.
• Impersonate another user or entity, or misrepresent your authorization to process uploaded files.
• Resell, lease, or sub-license access to DoTask utilities or API endpoints without explicit written authorization.

5. Intellectual Property

All software code, visual design, user interfaces, branding, logos, graphics, and proprietary utility toolsets on dotask.me are the exclusive property of Nebr LLC or its licensors. All rights reserved.

Subject to these terms, Nebr LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the web utilities for personal or internal business purposes.

6. Your Uploaded Files & Content

You retain 100% ownership and intellectual property rights over all files, documents, audio clips, and data you upload to DoTask for processing ("User Files").

By uploading User Files, you grant Nebr LLC a strictly limited, temporary, worldwide license to host, store, and process such content solely for the purpose of executing your requested conversion, calculation, or editing task. Uploaded files are automatically purged from active processing servers according to our data retention schedule.

7. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable online tools with maximum uptime; however, we do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to all web utilities. The Service may experience temporary downtime for routine maintenance, server upgrades, or unexpected technical issues.

Nebr LLC reserves the right to modify, upgrade, suspend, or discontinue any specific tool or feature on dotask.me at any time.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Nebr LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and software partners shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the tools on dotask.me.

This includes, without limitation, loss of data, file corruption during conversion, computer performance issues, or reliance on financial calculator outputs. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to DoTask at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms of Service or engage in activities that compromise service integrity.

You may terminate your agreement at any time by ceasing to use the platform and deleting your registered account via account settings.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Nebr LLC is legally registered, without giving effect to any conflict of law principles.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service periodically to reflect platform enhancements or legal requirements. Updates will be posted directly on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of DoTask following posted changes constitutes full acceptance of the revised terms.
